Feedback survey
Six questions that let people rate a technology and tell you whether they trust it.

Accountability goes both ways. In order for people to feel like they can trust in a technology, they need more than just information. They need to feel like they have a voice, that they can impact its use. This has been a key theme in nearly every bit of community research DTPR has ever conducted.
To help, we’ve put together a brief survey that can be attached to instances of DTPR. This survey, made up of six questions, allows residents to rate the technology from 1 to 5 on questions such as trustworthiness, straightforwardness, and strength of benefit. These questions are:
- How does this technology make you feel?
- Is this information helpful?
- How easy was this information to understand?
- Was getting to the information on this page easy?
- How would you rate this experience?
- Do you trust this organization to be transparent and accountable about data privacy practices?
While these questions were originally developed for inclusion on a website or other digital channel, deployers have had success incorporating them into in-person interviews, community workshops, and more.
